TENNIS UNO ROLE GUIDE
Are you a Player or ATP Staff?
    Tournament Participants are players and staff who participate in multiple events. If you only plan to participate in a single event, you do not need a TennisUno account. Instead, you should request a "Tournament Pin" from the Tournament, and select the "Other" category. For staff and guests of individual tournaments, please reach out to the tournament for the Tournament Pin.
  1. Select Tournament Participant from the dropdownlist
  2. A new dropdownlist will appear
  3. Select your Subrole
      a. Player - A current ATP Player playing tournaments.
      b. ATP Staff - ATP Staff Member, ATP Supervisors
      c. ATP Contractor - Officials, Physios, ATP-hired Support Staff, etc.
      d. ATP Media - ATP Media Staff Member
      e. TDI - TDI Staff Member
      f. Infringement Official - Person working as Infringement Official at any ATP tournament
      g. ITIA - A current ITIA Staff Member
      h. IDTM- A current IDTM Staff Member
      i. PTPA- A current PTPA representative
  4. Enter your personal details, be sure to add a valid e-mail (please use the same email address as your PlayerZone account*), a confirmation link will be sent.
    *If you have a current ATP Ranking, you can register for an ATP PlayerZone account by emailing members@support.atptour.com.
    *Players without a PlayerZone account can only request accounts if they're receiving a Wild Card into a tournament
 
AFTER ACTIVATION
 
  1. Login to tennisUNO with username and password
  2. Accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  3. Be sure to complete your profile in order to submit your requests

 

Are you an agent operating on behalf of someone else?
    As an agent, you will need a player to add you as delegate in order to make accreditation requests.
  1. Select Agent from the dropdownlist
  2. Enter your personal details, be sure to add a valid e-mail, a confirmation link will be sent
 
AFTER ACTIVATION
 
  1. Login to tennisUNO with username and password
  2. Accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
  3. Be sure to complete your profile in order to submit your requests
 
TO OPERATE ON BEHALF OF
 
  1. Ask to your Player/ATP user, to click on DELEGATE feature and enter your email address
  2. You will be able to switch between your user and "other users" with the button SWITCH TO, on the right top of your tennisUNO Dashboard.
